Why do my samples look different?
The samples shown on our website represent our products as accurately as possible; however, colors may vary depending on:

How can I check the status of my package?
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been processed.
- You can use this number to check shipping updates.

Can I add a discount code after placing my order?
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or have a discount code added.
- If an item is on sale, the discount will be clearly displayed before purchase.
My order was canceled due to “fraud attempt.” What does this mean?
- This may be caused by incorrect or incomplete billing information.
- Our system is designed to protect against fraudulent orders.
- If your order was canceled in error, the funds will be refunded to your account within 3–4 business days, depending on your bank.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
- You may cancel your order shortly after purchase, as long as it has not yet begun processing.
- If the cancel option does not appear, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be stopped.
