We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any product that has been opened, used, or unsealed, in order to protect the integrity and hygiene of our offerings. We kindly ask all customers to carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, and sizes before completing a purchase.
Exceptions (when a refund or replacement may apply):
- If the product arrives damaged or defective.
- If you received an incorrect item in your order.
