📜 Refunds & Returns Policy — Morphotic Beauty

At Morphotic Beauty, we prioritize product quality, health, and safety. Due to the personal nature of cosmetics and skincare products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges of products that are opened, used, or unsealed, in order to protect product integrity and hygiene. Please carefully review descriptions, ingredients, and sizes before making a purchase.

Exceptions (when we can assist)

We may review cases for replacement, reshipment, or credit only if:

  1. The product arrived damaged or defective, or
  2. You received an incorrect item compared to your order.

Timeframe to report: within 48 hours of delivery.

Requirements to open a case:

  • Provide clear photo and/or video evidence of the product and packaging condition at the moment of delivery.
  • Keep the original packaging, labels, protectors, and accessories.
  • Include your order number and proof of purchase.

Note: If we request the physical return of the item (rare cases), it must be unused and in its original packaging.

Sale Items

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and non-refundable.
  • If a sale item arrives damaged or incorrect, the above exceptions apply (replacement/reshipment/credit after verification).

Exchanges (only for defect or damage)

  • We only replace items if confirmed as defective or damaged in transit, and if inventory is available.
  • If inventory is not available, we will process a reshipment later or provide store credit.

Refunds (if applicable)

In approved cases (rare), we will process the refund back to the original method of payment.

Procedure:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt.
  • We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
  • Only after inspection and approval will the refund be processed to your original payment method.

⚠️ This process protects both our clients and Morphotic Beauty, as fraudulent attempts exist in the industry (e.g., returns with unrelated objects instead of the original product). Refunds will only be issued after the proper verification.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (posting may take time).
  3. Contact your bank (there may be processing delays).

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Return Shipping (if requested)

  • We will provide the return address and instructions by email.
  • Unless due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of non-trackable returns.

We do not accept returns in these cases

  • Products that are opened, used, or unsealed.
  • Items reported after the 48-hour timeframe.
  • Items without original packaging or incomplete (when return is required).
  • Damages due to misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery.
